Floral Halter Top

This floral halter top is quite the steal! Can you believe it’s only $26? I had to do a double take when I saw that price! All colorful patterns usually catch my eye, but this one particularly did {thanks to that price tag !}.  It also has the prettiest hem with crochet detailing–perfect for a summer-white-skinnies-ensemble.  Am I right?
