Block Island
A couple of weekends ago, Ashley and I took a day trip to Block Island. I had never been there and was always curious, so I was excited to finally go! It was such a nice day out, but then shortly after we got to the island it started to rain and it was very windy and chilly. Luckily, that passed and it was nice again towards the afternoon/evening. The ferry ride was nice. I was able to sit and read my book for most of the ride, which was very relaxing. It doesn't take too long to get to the island and we took the earliest ferry so we would get there at a good time in mid-morning. We had some breakfast at a place called Ernie's.
