I always admired the Anthro Perilla dress. Stripes, comfy jersey, wrap around. My buddy, Target, came through with a Perilla wannabe. Different color but same idea. I have seen it in red and also multi-color too! It retails for only $19.99, but this one was marked to $9.99, so I had to bite. The name is even called Crossover Value Dress!
