Flared jeans are a big trend for the season (although I'd argue that they never really went out of style). But they can be tricky to shop for because it's important to find a pair that are just the right length, which is challenging when you're petite or tall. But, the advantage to this type of denim is that it really elongates your legs and gives the illusion of length, regardless of your shape. The hem of your jeans should be within an inch or less of the ground - you don't want them pooling around your ankles or dragging when you walk, but you want them to cover most of your shoes.
