I used to not be much of an LBD girl, mostly because I don’t like when people tell me what I’m “supposed” to have/wear/buy, and pretty much every list of what women are “supposed” to have/wear/buy includes an LBD. I held out for long enough to prove that you most certainly can survive in the world without a black dress, but even I can’t deny they’re pretty damn convenient when you need to get dressed in under 2 minutes or you want something that will go with your new jacket or shoes or whatever.
