Woo me: high low dress, sheer floral top, moto jacket, and leather beanie

It actually seemed a shame to cover my new pink hair with a hat today...but if you look closely, you'll see why. It was practically pouring !! And while a leather beanie is just about the perfect headgear for nasty weather - being both warm and waterproof! - my olive, "high low" tank dress was probably not the best choice; even with a sheer floral top and moto jacket layered on top, I was pretty darn cold!! But a fashionista's heart wants what it wants...and this afternoon?? It really, really wanted the chance to show off exactly this particular dress; a dress that's been wooing me from my closet ever since I snagged it at the Circle Craft...
