Just Because Billabong Sweater Growing up in Southern California, Billabong is a brand I am more than familiar with. I remember one of the first hats I owned was a pink hat that I just had to have. That hat, of course, was made by Billabong . So when they asked if I would be interested in collaborating, I was instantly in love with this sweater. Who doesn't love a comfy knit ??
