Valentines day was just weird and how did that happen?

Don't worry, this one is not emotional. Incredible things happened, because, like Juule said, she is my good luck angel. Some of you might have heard rumors about the real estate market in Berlin and that you have to search for a while for 1- or 2 - Room flats. And its actually true, if you cannot pay 15€ per square meter, its impossible to find a home within the actual Berlin (not talking about Spandau and stuff, sorry, Isabelle Marie.)
