Cutout Top + Red and Blue Skirt
As per usual in Southern California, it's February, which means that it's basically summer. I've regretfully become re-acclimated to the idea of west coast "winters" since I moved back from the Midwest, so I can't say that I'm sorry to see those 40 degree mornings go. I know, I'm weak. But warm weather means finally getting to break out this fun skirt that I thrifted last fall as tights weather was nearing and becoming reacquainted with this black top.
