Budget Find: Get My Top & Skirt Combo Under $40
When I'm doing my budget shopping, I'm still looking to make my inexpensive items look expensive. A classic black and white combo will always do the trick. When budget shopping, I tend to usually stick to more neutral tones, like blacks, white, beiges, nudes, etc. Then I'll add the "pizzaz" in with my accessories. There are few things that I liked about this combo from Forever21. This skirt, only $16, had tulle underneath to give the skirt some fluff and to bring it alive.
