A total Bettie
Anyone who grew up watching Clueless knows that calling someone "a Betty" is very high praise indeed. But since I draw a lot of inspiration (including my bangs) from a certain icon who spelled her name with an "-ie," I think I might rather be called "a Bettie" instead. I'd like to think this adorable Bettie Page brooch from Baccurelli looks a little like me (even though I don't resemble the real Bettie very much), and after receiving it as a Christmas gift from my mom, I'm glad I finally got a chance to wear it! I think it's probably safe to say that winter is over (fingers crossed!), but it's still a bit too chilly most days to go without...
