Perfectly Preppy

I finally finished my polka dot skirt and the tutorial is up on Redhead Couture if you want to make your own! I had originally purchased this polka dot material to make a polka dot pencil skirt, but when I came across this cardigan on sale at Target for $10(from $32) I thought it would be a perfect match to a full polka dot skirt.  By some careful measuring and cutting, I believe that I  have enough material left over to still make the pencil skirt. I paired my new skirt with a crisp white shirt and this lovely cardigan, though I ended up not wearing the cardigan(too hot). I felt so preppy and polished in this look! I kept it simple with nude shoes and a small blue...
