Every time I go into Target , no matter how hard I try to stick to the items on my list, I always seem to end up adding more things to my cart than I originally set out to buy. The latest pieces from the Who What Wear collection are especially good and I couldn't resist this pretty ruffled blush blouse when I came across it in the store. The dropped waist works well for my long torso & it's one of those tops that will look just as good with jeans as it does with skirts.
