I wore this pretty dress to celebrate Skyla's birthday. We had brunch and made pretty floral crowns. It was a great day and what better way to celebrate a birthday than with an ice cream dress? My hair is in a really awkward hair stage, so please forgive me while I try and tame it. Whenever I get all the tiny awkward strains in place, a gust of wind attacks and I look unruly.
