Some old outfits and a random thought
Here are some unposted outfit photos, from when we had just shifted into our new apartment. On a completely unrelated note, ever since my mom went back to India, I have really been missing her. Last night, I began thinking about how, when my brother and I were little, she used to sing us to sleep every night in her sweet voice. I still remember all those songs by heart! As a child, I always assumed that all my friends' mothers could sing equally well. Imagine my shock when, at the age of 7 or 8, I heard my best friend's mother humming a tune horribly off key! It went home and hugged my mom, feeling proud that she was so much more talented than all the other moms. ...
