Feathered Tank
I wore this outfit out in Miami - my cousin was in town for a few days before he went on a cruise, and my BF and I took an Uber down to go to dinner and drinks. My cousin specifically requested Spanish food, so on the recommendation of some friends, we ate at Barceloneta in South Beach. It was good! Every tapa that we ordered was delish, and the "arroces" (the restaurant's take on paella) was really good. Back to the outfit - I wanted to try one of these feathered numbers .
