Target blouse (comes in other colors too!) Tobi Skirt c/o Monica Vinader Bracelet And here is the second look for Tobi! This skirt is actually a set but I requested it for the skirt portion. I ordered a large which meant that the skirt would fit me but the top doesn't. Hips can make things complicated but I am not complaining. This is something to watch for when ordering from Tobi, but they provide measurements for each size so you should be in good shape as long as you read. For this set in particular, I would say that the top runs normal size where the skirt runs small. I have plans for the top though, hoping maybe I can make it smaller...
