I had some depositions last week and I decided to wear this Nicole Miller skirt, but had a hard time finding something to pair with it in terms of a jacket or sweater. First I tried the below waterfall sweater, but after seeing pictures I thought it looked a bit too voluminous considering the volume of the skirt. Then I tried on my trusty Theory black blazer and I thought it looked more streamlined and more like a suit. The skirt was a risky rental from Rent the Runway, and I probably wouldn't rent this again. It's just a bit too long for me, hard to find things to pair with it, and it wrinkles too easily. So far everything else has been a hit so I'm OK with one 'miss.'...
