Red Jersey Dress
Although I usually dress up for depositions, I also want to be comfortable because they can last up to all day depending on the person and the case. I had to drive up to our office an hour away last week for a few meetings and a deposition, so I wore the below very jersey dress - yes, it is actually a dress even though it looks like a 2-piece thing. I was so so so comfortable all day! I could also see this dress working in a casual setting if you wore sexier shoes - maybe a scrappy sandal - and different accessories, but below I ventured into business casual territory with the sweater.
