Tubular: striped pencil skirt, waist-tied tee, bandana, and fringy boots
I'll be honest...it always kind of surprises me that some women reserve wearing a dress or skirt only for the most special of events!! Unless you're going to be hiking, horseback riding, or working out - in which case pants or shorts truly are a necessity! - I'm totally convinced that an outfit created around a skirt can feel just as comfortable and relaxed as a look based on something with "legs." Take this striped tube skirt of mine, for example; the jersey fabric lets it slide on as easily as the most forgiving leggings (and probably more easily than the average pair of jeans!)...and by combining it with a slouchy tee and some fringy suede...
