I'm all about neutral tones today on SS. I centered my latest OOTD around my new fringe top courtesy of Chaser . I'm short enough to wear this as a dress if you're tall, you're definitely going to want to wear this with leggings or pants. Anywho, to up my style game, I paired the piece with killer cutout boots and carried my new Chloe bag to match. Then, I threw on my current fave choker (from J Wholesale ) to complete my look.
