Ever since I was a little kid, my mom would always make sure my sisters and I wrote thank you cards. I remember each year we would each write up thank you cards for our grandparents and we were always sure to draw something sweet on their cards. As a child, I never thought much about these cards. They didn't seem like anything special to me at the time. When I was a little older, I remember visiting my Grandma during the summer.
