If you're looking for an impractical yet decadent addition to your closet may I recommend a tulle skirt? Like seriously, where are you going to wear this on a regular basis? I always get a lot of looks when I step out in this white skirt, and for good reason- it's a little crazy for daily wear. I picked it up to wear to a white party last year, and I decided not to spend much on it since I didn't see myself wearing it often. Over the past year broke it out maybe twice (see here and here ).
