As a lazy person, I tend to only use the auto feature on my camera. This enables my husband to shoot away without igniting a quarrel over lighting settings. This fool proof method worked like a charm until doomsday Sunday when I entered a dark abyss in the center of a local park. I casually frolicked while Kevin snapped pics happily obviously to the impending Armageddon that would erupt once I loaded said photos on my computer and saw that each and every one was as dark as a galactic black hole. Of course I couldn't get mad at my husband since he was unaware of the auto fixation, but I couldn't get mad at myself either because they would be just plain silly. I...
