Flashing Through The Decades
I'm still working on the giveaway. I've got a few ideas floating around. It will be a vintage piece of jewelry. I'm also working on a piece on Hattie Carnegie, so stay tuned! Tomorrow I am planning to visit a vintage shop that I have never been too. I'm hoping they still have this dress pictured above and I like the fit on. This is the advantage of going to a bricks and mortar shop. I hope to also be able to take pictures of the shop. I think the great thing about going vintage is you are not limited to a particular period...you can mix and match. My hat is 20's but my dress has more of a late 30's vibe and my necklace is 50's.
