Vintage Pencil Skirt and a Purple Peplum.
This vintage pencil skirt is one of those lucky charity shop finds that pops up now and again. A perfect fit. A classic, but colourful, pattern. A gorgeous fabric (wool). Well finished and beautifully lined. A real gift! Today I decided to try it with this purple peplum top. {See this skirt styled here , here and here } The top shares none of the virtues of this skirt... in fact, you could spit peas thorough it! This top was also found in a charity shop, for £3.00. A fair price I would say. It even had it's original shop tags attached... £28. Someone is having a laugh there! When did palming off poor quality items at...
