Swimming Like a Mermaid [Fitness Friday]

Several months ago I was invited to check out AquaMermaid Chicago . After seeing it on several other blogs I was VERY interested! A swim workout that is as much about play as it is about swimming? Yes, please. Even though I’ve done several sprint triathlons, swimming is still not my favorite. But playing around in the water? I’m totally down with that.
