It's here (to stay a few months)
Well it's finally here. Cold season that is. My son came home last week with a runny nose last week and sure enough I started feeling funky this past weekend. I've been coughing up a storm this week and my abs have been getting an unexpected workout.Before kids I rarely caught a cold...maybe one cold a year?! After kids I pretty much get everything my kids catch. I do everything to avoid it (wash hands like crazy, sanitize hands all the time, gargle after school, take extra vitamins and zinc) but still inevitably get sick!! So I'm embracing myself for another season of coughs and visits to the doctors office.Are there any special remedies that works for you when you get...
