As first time parents there’s so much we’re learning everyday. You find yourself constantly questioning everything and sometimes each other. Are you putting the diaper on the right way? Is the bath water too hot? Is he too tight in his SNOO ? The list goes on and even though you know everything is fine, you can’t help but overthink.
