Print mixing? Cut outs? Peplums? Palazzos? Seriously, somebody stop me. Anyone remember this dress (holy crap, that was a long time ago)? It's been sitting in my "to sell" pile for months now. Since I never got around to selling it, I decided to pull it out and give it new life. Minus 12 or so inches later, and it's my new favorite peplum top! I'm pretty sure I wore it no less than 3 times last week, but only got around to photographing it once. Have no fear, though - you will be seeing it again. And again. And again. As much as I love the cut-out back, I do have to cover it for work. This vest was an easy solution - just toss it...
