The Best Place in Portland for Lash Extensions
Ok, so I know I've said before that I'm a tomboy at heart...but I still love being pampered. I think it's important to spend time on yourself and do what makes you feel beautiful. I had been thinking about getting lash extensions for awhile now but didn't know where to start or really anything about it.
