I've been looking for the perfect tulip skirt for a long time, and I finally found it! In a pair of harem pants from Sugarlips. That's right. This skirt once had legs. I trimmed them off, used 2 safety pins to secure the tulip drapes in place, and voila... perfect comfy drapey tulip skirt, in mauve/taupe. Exactly the color I've been looking for.
