When it gets to the hottest part of the summer (typically mid-July through August here in NY), all I seem to want to wear is dresses - preferably silhouettes that are breezy & loose-fitting. Not only does it make getting dressed easier & quicker (one piece & done!), but dresses are usually the most lightweight & breathable options that I have in my closet.
