So We’ve Gone Vegan…..again
Yup, that’s right. We’ve gone vegan again, for the health factors, the environment factors, and the animal factors. When I say again, I mean that I was vegan for several years in my late teens and early twenties. It was not good, mostly because I was eating a major allergen of mine that was deteriorating my health – soy. So, now that I know my body a lot better, we’re doing it again. Of course, I’m going to keep an eye and journal on myself and my girl, if for some reason the overload of veggies does us a disservice I’ll notice it. But for now, our family is going to eat the store out of all the veggies.
