It's the last month of summer & it's hard to believe that next month will bring the first day of Fall. August is notorious for being the hottest month in New York City, and today's outfit was for an extreme example of this truth. I wanted a vivid makeup look to match such a balmy mood, and MAC Dangerous orange-red matte lipstick seemed appropriate! I've heard blondes often shy away from orange-toned reds, but I've always liked the way it pairs with my fair skin and platinum hair.
