Thoughts on dealing with social (media) pressure
Confession alert: sometimes I like to be really boring. That ‘wearing your PJs all day and spending the whole Sunday on the couch even though the weather is oh so great’ – kind of boring. But modern life in connection with my permanent need for social media dull my (quite rare but so precious) couch potato existence. Already within some seconds of scrolling through my Instagram feed I feel like I should do 2345 other things rather than what I am doing right now, such as enjoy a picture-perfect meal, get my butt on the treadmill, rock that gorgeous outfit or leave everything behind to travel the world.
