Cape Cod Bike Ride & Giveaway
After college and nearly 10 years of high intensity swimming I swore off all “intense” exercise for a year. And it definitely showed. And it took a couple years to get back into the swing of it but now, in 2017, I relish the chance to get a hard workout in and I am lucky this is something my parents are also on board with. Taking it down a step from our 34-mile round trip bike to Arnold’s our second Cape Cod Bike Ride was only 11 miles each way, for a total of 22 miles. As opposed to biking up Cape Cod this ride was to Woods Hole and another one of my favorite places to eat in Cape Cod – Quick’s Hole Tavern. But first, a look at...
