This week started with me on what I hoped was the tail end of a cold. Therefore, I wanted soup! I’ve also been really slacking on cardio workouts. My cold wasn’t bad enough that I needed to lay on the couch and the weather was perfect for running, so Chewie and I went on what my Garmin thinks was a 3.5 mile run and what I think is closer to 4.5 miles.
