That Polka Dot Dress

Looking at these photos I get the feeling I would be more at home somewhere like Martha’s Vineyard instead of in a high rise office building in downtown Chicago. But since it’s cool, gray and rainy in Chicago today I’ll just imagine I’m somewhere on vacation instead.
This is the second time I’ve worn this dress on the blog. The first time I actually mentioned this particular outfit but this is the first chance I’ve had to wear it. Also, another outfit where I’ve turned a dress into a skirt? I’m liking this versatility! It’s a great way to take a summer...
