Overall, I think I’m a pretty practical dresser. Maybe not shoe-wise always, but generally…pretty practical for a so-called “fashionista” (a term I find kind of annoying, but I digress). So let me be the first to tell you that this top is completely ridiculous and not at all practical. But it’s also fantastic.
