I love this skirt. It's so light and cool- great for the summer. I dressed it up here, but you can also pair it with flats and a more casual top to dress it down. It's so light a flowing that I couldn't resist doing a little twirling. Top: WHBM Sweater. Here's another great option. Skirt: WHBM Exploded Floral Print Maxi Skirt. Here's a similar one.
