fair weather fair isle
I haven't been particularly drawn to wool mini-skirts of the fair isle persuasion in the past but this one practically jumped off the rack and into my cart last Sunday. It could have been the price ($6.99), or the color combination (dark green and orange, a new favorite pairing), or maybe it was the way it makes my butt look (which is fabulous)... whatever the reason, it came home with me that day and I've been formulating outfit ideas around it ever since. This outfit was inspired by cozy layers and thoughts of icy winter mornings... in reality it's been in the high-60s and mid-70s here for most of the month. We've had the occasional cold front but in typical Florida...
