Talking about anxiety
There’s this one topic that I’ve been starting to write a blog post on for countless times – always thinking back and force whether this is something I REALLY want to speak about publicly. It’s this certain feeling that somehow managed to pull through my whole year so far: anxiety. And while on some days I’m in my best condition and being anxious feels miles away, on other days anxiety captures me and leaves me paralyzed. Yesterday was that kind of day and I could no longer stay away from finally publishing this post.
