Staying on the fitness grind can be tough when on vacation. Part of you just wants to relax! (And eat all the carbs, of course.) But for me, fitness can’t be an all-or-nothing concept. I’ve found ways to work fitness into my lifestyle, and that includes staying active while on vacation. Doing so balances those indulgent meals- because who goes on vacation and doesn’t have the dessert?!- and makes slipping back into my more regimented workout routine super simple once I’m back.
