I vaguely remember my first Nordstrom Anniversary Sale . It was probably five to six years ago. We stopped at a Nordstrom on our way to our annual family trip. Because my mom was a cardholder, we got to get a “sneak peak” of the sale. If you haven’t been in store during the early access period, they basically put up these sheer curtains around an area that has the items on sale. It did feel exclusive that first time through. Now, however, Early Access to the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale always happens during our annual trip. When there was no reception, we traipsed into town with our laptop and ipad respectively...
