Dress Over Pants - Ten Years Later.
Although I'm not a slavish follower of fashion trends, I'm always interested in what the "cool kids" are wearing. I hear dresses over pants are making (another) comeback. I first tried this trend in January 2009 ( here ) with a short velvet dress over flared jeans. It doesn't feel like nearly 10 years ago! And yet, here I am, doing it again.
