What are your thoughts on slowing down?
Ask me a few years ago, 5 years ago, 10 years ago, and slowing down was not an option. I’m sure many of you can relate to this, but slowing down to me meant zero progress. I thought that if I even took a second to slow down, it would set me back FOR LIFE. Can you believe that?! Saying it out loud makes it sound dramatic, and the truth is, is that it was very dramatic of me.
