The Wellness Gift Guide
I feel like my go-to when it comes to my own gift list is always requests for wellness-related prezzies – I spend a lot of time in and out of the gym (or barre, Pilates, yoga, hiking, etc) so not only is it out of practicality (because I always could really use more pieces related to fitness or wellness !) but it’s also the gifts that inspire me to keep going with my health-related goals.
