Is there anything more quintessentially western than fringe? Maybe cowboy boots, but I’d say fringe is a close second. It’s probably my favorite adornment – I’ll take it on my sleeves, my pants, my earrings, and now this fabulous wrapped find adds a skirt to my collection.
