Adding Neon to a Black and White Evening Dress.
Neon is my new go-to, even for evening.
Take note: neon is back. It was all over the runways for S/S 19 and I really couldn’t be happier. As a 90s kid, I obviously wore quite a bit of it in elementary school. (Neon biker shorts, please and thank you.) And then I re-subscribed in the early 20-teens when neon came roaring back. ( 2013 and 2014 were big neon years for me.) Now here we are in 2019, and neon is a trend to keep your eye on.
